Paragould Doctors' Clinic moved its primary location to 4000 Linwood Drive, Suite A on November 18, 2013, and the secondary location at 1 Medical Drive was closed in November 2014. Paragould Doctors' Clinic also operates a satellite clinic in Rector, AR, which opened in 1980 and became a part of Paragould Doctors' Clinic in 1989. Dr. Lance Monroe joined the practice in 1998. Dr. Roger Cagle left the practice in 2000. Dr. Vincent Lee joined the practice in 2013 and sees patients in the Paragould and Rector clinics.
Judy Leach, APRN joined Paragould Doctors' Clinic in 1993 and works at the Rector Clinic. Ms. Leach also holds the position of Nursing Manager.
Cecil Massey, APRN joined Paragould Doctors' Clinic in 2001 and works at the Paragould Clinic.
Teresa Gonzalez, APRN joined Paragould Doctors' Clinic in 2010.
Justin Kemp, APRN joined the Paragould Doctors' Clinic in 2012.

During the ten year period from 1980-1990, Dr. Shotts held various hospital positions including Secretary of Medical Staff, Vice Chief of Medical Staff and Chief of Medical Staff. He has served on several hospital committees including the Quality Assurance Committee (Chairman) and Executive Committee of the Medical Staff. He has served as Chief of the ER/OP department at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. As a civil surgeon, Dr. Shotts is also certified to perform immigration physicals as well as FAA physicals. As a certified medical examiner, Dr. Shotts is certified to perform DOT physicals.
Dr. Kemp has held several positions including Chief of Staff at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center from 1993 to 1994. Dr. Kemp has served on several additional hospital committees including: OB, Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, Drugs & Equipment Review, Credentials, Blood Transfusions and Tissues, and the Executive Committee. He has served in the United States Army Reserve – Medical Corps since 2003. As a civil surgeon, Dr. Kemp is certified to perform immigration physicals. As a certified medical examiner, Dr. Kemp is certified to perform DOT physicals.
Over the past ten years, Dr. Williams has served on several committees at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was elected Chief of Staff 1997-1998. Dr. Williams was the 2005 President of the Arkansas Medical Society and is a member of the Executive Committee. He was appointed to the Arkansas State Board of Health by Governor Tucker 1993 and was reappointed by Governor Huckabee in 1998. Dr. Williams lives with his wife Judy and has two grown children, Jarrod and Traci. As a civil surgeon, Dr. Williams is also certified to perform immigration physicals. As a certified medical examiner, Dr. Williams is certified to perform DOT physicals.
Dr. Monroe served as an active duty Medical Officer in the United States Navy from 1977-1980. Since 1980, he has been in private practice. Dr. Monroe joined Paragould Doctors’ Clinic in 1998. Dr. Monroe has severed on several hospital committees and as a Civil Surgeon, is certified to perform immigration physicals. He served as Chief of Staff for Arkansas Methodist Medical Center from 2003-2004. He currently serves as a Medical Officer in the United States Navy Reserve. As a certified medical examiner, Dr. Monroe is certified to perform DOT physicals.
Dr. Lee is a board certified Family Medicine Physician whose goal is to provide quality and comprehensive healthcare to the entire family. He has recently joined the Paragould Doctors’ Clinic, Paragould Wounding Healing Center and Rector Medical Clinic. He has particularly strong ties to Northeast Arkansas since he was raised in Forrest City and has family nearby. As a certified medical examiner, Dr. Lee is certified to perform DOT physicals.
He is a past president of the Arkansas Medical Society for the year 1983 and served eight years on the board of the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care. Dr. Crow worked full time at Paragould Doctors' Clinic from 1962-1993 at which time he retired. He returned to work part-time at Paragould Doctors' Clinic in 2001 and continues to see patients during the extended clinic.
From 1979 to 1993, Ms. Leach was in primary care with the Arkansas Department of Health and since 1993 has been with the Paragould Doctors' Clinic. In 1995, she became the first APN to obtain prescriptive authority. Ms. Leach was appointed to the State Board of Nursing in 1993 and served as President from 1996-1997. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Arkansas Nurses Association, and the Arkansas-Missouri Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Mr. Massey is a member of American Nurses Association, ARNA the AR chapter of ANA, Sigma Theta Tau International Honors Society and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Mr. Massey served in the United States Navy 1985 - 1991 supporting Operation Desert Storm. As a certified medical examiner, Mr. Massey is certified to perform DOT physicals.
From 1987-2003, Ms. Gonzalez worked as a staff nurse and nursing coordinator for Paragould Doctors’ Clinic. Ms. Gonzalez worked at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center from 2003 to June of 2010 where she gained experience in many different areas including House Supervisor, ICU, Emergency Room, and Medical/Surgical Unit. She is a member of ARNA and the American Nurse's Association. As a certified medical examiner, Ms. Gonzalez is certified to perform DOT physicals.
Mr. Kemp is a member of the American Nurses Association and ARNA the AR chapter of ANA. Mr. Kemp grew up in Paragould and is committed to providing quality healthcare to his hometown and surrounding communities.
